BPSU Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training Services Dr. Hermogenes Paguia is resource speaker of webinar workshop for university and college extensionists in Region 10.
The online workshop is being held in five sessions that started May 13 up to June 10, every Friday, 8:30 am to 12 noon.
In the 1st session (May 13), Paguia tackled “Designing Training Needs Assessment and Conduct of Community Profiling as Input to Extension Program Design, the 2nd session (May 20) “Writing the Extension Program Objectives, Key Performances Indicators and Crafting the Training Matrix Based on the TNA and Community Profiling, and on the 3rd session (May 22) “Crafting the Log Frame For Monitoring and Evaluation Schedule”.
Come June 3 for the 4th session, he will discuss “Ensuring Successful Project Implementation: The Extension ABC’s on the Ground.
“Using Monitoring and Evaluation Results to Design Another Program Project” will be discussed by him on June 10 for the last session.
The webinar-workshop called Amuma Training Series (Accelerating Mastery, Understanding, Management, and Achievement in the Extension Programs and Projects), is organized by the Philippine Association of Extension Implementors (PAEPI) Region 10 and the University of Science and Technology of Southern Philippines (USTP) CDO Extension and Community Relations Division.
Paguia is PAEPI National Board of Director.
